Phase II Week Two through Eight

This phase is more intensive and structured. Clients during this time meet with licensed therapists, psychiatrists, and counselors. Among the different modalities practiced are individualized Substance Abuse Counseling, Group Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Marriage and Family Counseling, Hypnotherapy, and Positive Psychology. Weekly outings include hikes to Torrey Pines State Park, surfing, boogie boarding, swimming, yoga, meditation, and daily access to a gym. Our residential community is only five minutes from the beach.
