At New Horizon Recovery, our primary focus is to provide the highest quality of treatment for our clients in the most cost effective manner possible. To ensure a quality program, New Horizon staff is evaluated on an ongoing basis. "Specific areas of improvement at New Horizon are resident knowledge, improved behavior, improved physical health, motivation, decision-making and overall confidence."
Upon completion of physical, community, educational and health activities, residents and staff are surveyed to determine whether these activities have been successful in confidence building, behavior modification and improved physical health.
Effectiveness of group therapy, addiction counseling, 12-step study program, private counseling and family counseling are also monitored.
Based on resident and staff satisfaction, level of participation, and evaluation of activities and services, program adjustments are made.
Family input is a valuable resource for staff to determine the degree of improvement.
